I did it quick and dirty ('cuz that's how I roll), so you'll need to reconstruct the toe on the left foot if you need it to show (pretty simple to fake with the stamp tool), and tighten it up here and there if necessary (most of the artifacts won't show up on a montage anyway).
BTW, like Jim, my first thought was Quiet Riot too...
