Most (to be more specific ALL of them) MEXICAN webmasters I know (adult and mainstream), actually live in USA... I don't know exactly why, but none of them live in Mexico, although they were born in Mexico. Never asked them why, though. They have a beautiful country.. Check Acapulco for example.

I used to live in Rosarito.
Close enough to the border to get anything/business done whenever I needed. Far enough away that I paid $1,300/month for a brand new 3 bedroom house in a gated community with a private beach.
Loved it, I would move back in a second.
