Due to personal reasons, I can no longer run my MILF blog -- http://www.findingmilfs.com -- and thus would like to sell it. I have been running it for almost a year now after I had originally purchased it from another party.
The nitty gritty:
Pagerank is currently PR3. It was PR4 for a few months up until perhaps one month ago. I'm sure, with just a little work, it can be pushed back up to PR4. I'll readily admit that I have slacked off in terms of link building lately.
Traffic seems to hold steady at around 1150 unique visitors per day. It's been at this mark, give or take, for at least the last 4-5 months. Monthly stats are available for 2006 and 2007 (so far). Note that I took over ownership in the beginning of April, 2006, and you can see the traffic rise from that point forward.
Sales fluctuates like I'm sure it does with most blogs, but I believe $100/month is an accurate estimation of the income to be expected. I have only been promoting a few programs for some time now (again, slacking!).
