    I bet the district attorney doesn't let this go. The only way i see this getting dropped by the DA is if Jenna admits that she was on drugs and over reacted. This "we made a mistake and this is a big misunderstanding" shit will not fly with the court system.

        well, it's kinda like balloon boy, eh, you can't just call 911 and make shit up to get the system to chase people down for your own personal reasons.
