I live in Phoenix, I once lived next door to illegals who did nothing but start problems. I called the cops on them several times to be told we can not enforce or ask for there legal status. Now if that situation were to happen the cops would in fact have to ask for there IDs just the same way they asked for our IDs when we called them. That is something people don't realize, cops in fear of losing there jobs here would never ask Mexicans who weren't breaking a serious law for there IDs b/c of racial profiling. Now they can and have to ask them for there ID. If me as an American am walking down the street and I look suspect or similar to someone who is being looked for and I get asked by a cop I have to provide a state issued ID. If I do not I can be taken to jail and charged with a misdemeanor, I have had friends who have had this happen.

Unlike Cali's borders AZ border with Mexico is HUGE, and there are alot of human traffic coming thru our borders here, then they spread out thru America. This has caused severe violence in every city and town across AZ not just border towns. The Rancher being killed was the straw that broke the camels back, that is attacking AZ heart when you go after our ranchers. There have also been dozens of situations that have unfolded on Tucson and Phoenix freeways, 2 of which ended in a moving gun battle on I-10 in the Ahwatukee area of southern phoenix. 4 people were killed that were doing nothing but driving home.

I personally don't think this law is tough enough. We as a nation have immigration laws, all legal immigrants have to speak a certain amount of English. So yes if a person can not speak English then that is enough to warrant a cop to verify there legal status. Not just for brown people either, if you are German and visiting America you should have to have your passport on you at all times, especially if you don't speak our native language

There are now a lot of Americans who could use the jobs these illegals are stealing, children of illegals are taking over our schools, the most dangerous gang in America right now is MS-13, they are everywhere small towns, rich towns, not just the ghetto and this gang is 80% illegal immigrants from Mexico and southern America. These people are violent and don't care about the rules of society.

I say kick them all the fuck out, we need to worry about our own people not some 3rd worlds poor people. There is ways to become a legal immigrant, and all these illegals spit on the work those legal immigrants have done to become a legal citizen of America.
