If my hunches are correct, then it serves the conniving golddigger right, to wind up dead as a result of her relationship with another conniving golddigger, namely Howard K. Stern.
Look into his background - not much there, other than positioning himself as Anna's lawyer to take over her estate. Anna's methadone (a drug to help recovering heroin addicts) may turn out to be a contributing factor/cause of both her son's death as well as her own. The common denominator may be Howard K. Stern.
Anna's baby? Probably not Stern's, since even though he insisted on Larry King Live that he is the father, he appears to be the main obstacle in resolving who the actual parents of the baby are, by blocking DNA tests and attempting to keep the baby out of US Jurisdiction in the Bahamas (living in a mansion that another Ex of Anna says he loaned her to stay in, and which Stern now insists was "given" to Anna, even though she was no longer a girlfriend).
If he was certain of the baby's parentage, than it would stand to reason that he would like to have that proven to end the speculation, and to lessen the cloud of suspicion that is all over him right now.
I do not celebrate anyone's death, however I find it hard to muster up much sympathy for a person like Anna Nicole Smith, given her life choices.

She was entertaining as hell, and anyone that would disagree is full of shit. "Oh,I don't watch tv, and I never saw her show." Well I guess the high ratings her show got didn't include anyone on this board. I fucking HATE reality tv, but I'll be the first to admit I was hooked on her show. She did what she wanted, when she wanted to, without giving a shit about what anyone thought. Chastise her all you want, but she lived a much happier life than you did
