yeah, lingualism is working out great for our school system. ya know, if more $ was spent on the education system we would have a great functioning multi-lingual nation. even when i went to high school multi languages were taught, it was quite normal.
the problem is we have a nation of morons who can barely speak one language, while we are surrounded by a world of countries where it is MANDATORY to learn a second language in school.
