And how is it racist to require English? I have tons of friends that moved here from all over the world, Russia, China, etc.... and they learned English once they got here. If THEY can do it, then anyone can.

Personally I think that it is totally insulting that people live here for years and don't respect our culture enough to learn our language. When I travel, anywhere, I take the time to learn some of the language, even if I'm only going to be there for a few days. If I moved to a country that spoke a language other than English, I would learn the their language. I wouldn't expect them to cater to me.

Imagine opening a restaurant in Columbia and having waiters that don't speak Spanish, people would be outraged and would spit on you.... and I can't blame them.

It works both ways though....
