2.) A DRIVERS LICENSE, Yes in many states
3.) SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, You can buy 1 in some cases get 1
4.) WELFARE, NO in most cases
5.) FOOD STAMPS, Yes in some states
6.) CREDIT CARDS, ABSOLUTELY need to just Google this to see it
7.) SUBSIDIZED RENT OR A LOAN TO BUY A HOUSE, Private charities help out here
8.) FREE EDUCATION, YES
9.) FREE HEALTH CARE, YES, most emergency rooms and walk in county health places cannot refuse you

Not sure it is billions but it is definitely 100's of millions (look at Miami)
