Considering the past couple of weeks, and most (not all) of the people in this thread and the other 'Barefootsies' threads, and their remarks to me personally, my personal life, my business. I would not be so quick to cite rules frankly in both of these regards.

In regards to the events and posts/replies/threads on 4-17-10 and after the banning of nick Splendorous_Male and ICQ's from Batts (screen shot previously posted) in the period of a few hours time... It would have appeared to be a series of coincidences similar to what happened in this thread.
Based on those series of coincidences and posts, it would have appeared to be Batts back at it again with a new handle. If I was wrong, then I sincerely apologize to you.

Look at the date this thread was ORIGINALLY POSTED and there was SUCH AND OUTRAGE ON IT that is took 10 DAYS to get single reply. That single reply posted by a guy with an agenda that has been going on for days now, and easily visible in a dozen BF threads.

Congrats for apologizing. Surely he's still not thrilled and wouldn't be til this thread is removed, but at least you apologized and I would say ban-hammer is no longer in order.
I personally take posts like this seriously because it's happened to me in the past where someone on here called me a scammer and I only found out because a happy buyer of mine had seen it and let me know about it. Turns out the actual scammer was someone on ICQ posing as me and the person didn't think to look up my sig/profile on forums to see my one and only ICQ#. Thankfully it didn't seem to do much damage but it's still a very serious matter and whether specifically calling someone a scammer or looping them in with someone else who is definitely a notorious scammer, it's not something to be taken lightly or done without solid proof. I don't know about anyone else here, but personally this place is my only window into the adult world and my rep here means a lot because I do a lot of biz here.Want to crush it in mainstream with Facebook ads?
