    double-optin leads, WHAT TO PROMOTE?

    Ok, i want to hear from WMs who collect surfer double optin email leads on their sites, what do you promote mostly in your mailings? Any sponsor with email ready templates?

    ps - And what tools do you use to hit surfer inbox?
