Racial Profiling is just an inapplicable buzzword in this thing. And people need to realise it before real debate can happen.
Racial Profiling is when it just so happens that 90 out of 100 "random" stops are black drivers in a mostly white population.
Racial Profiling is when you say "we need to crack down on public monument picture taking" and then 9 out of 10 stops are asian people.
It's CLAIMING something as reason and USING a racial stereotype in actual practice.
