Fisrt of all its not a sponsor Its an ad network and you need your own content or purchased content to use them. They act like a payment gateway. You tease your surfers with 30 sec of free viewing or whatever time you want to use. Then a popup locks the content and they have to fill in a survey to unlock it. You can set the viewing time for how ever long you want until they have to fill in another survey.
Its a widget which you put on your site that locks the content and pops up the survey. You get paid anything from $0.30 up to $10.00 per completed survey It all depends on what country your traffic is from and which surveys you choose to show up on the widget. You can also offer mobile surveys and you can block your own IP or any one elses so it does not popup when you or they are working on the site or you want to give them access to your content.
