Securing the borders needs to come first. Though it's way better than it's ever been with the increased man power and use of warfare perfected technology. It's akin to having a screen door on a submarine. There's a constant flow of people at the border; illegals in, deportees out, illegals in, deportees out. Not to mention the coyotes.
