How do you prefer the promo content an aff program provides you to build galleries.

1. If its pics, what size

2. If its movies, what lenght and resolution

3. Do you like when there are pre-build thumbs, and what sizes you need them

4. Do you hate watermarks on the content?

Rather not have to resize and be able to hotlink due to 2257 where possible.

Would appreciate text descriptions for galleries as well. Simply saves times when trying to fly through stuff.

Pics:
40 pics per zip, multiple zips per set if possible ( enough per zip for one good freesite or 2 galleries ), hand picked in chronological order, minimum 900 on the long side, with a small-medium sized watermark. Basically look at the content requirements of linklists and tgps, and dont cop out.

Videos:
Min of 10 or 20 FULL seconds / movie @ a decent resolution, like 320x240 with 150 seconds of chronological action per zip. Decent filesize ( dont over compress/encode at shitty bitrate but no need for dvd quality ).

Prebuilt thumbs are pretty much pointless IMO.

One other thing.. construct the zips in such a way that we can use the "extract here" functionality of winzip / winrar which means zipping the folder and not the files and use the models name in the name of the folder. I hate having to go 4 levels deep to find the actual content.

Naming a zip with shit like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 may cause file name conflicts for the affiliate.

nah! using 001,002,003 etc filenames is the way to go. Real webmasters have scripts to rename files for them

Would you like a dance, a blowjob and a midget with that? It's up to the sponsor to provide the content (big zips with lots of good quality pics), it's up to you as an affiliate to actually do some work (pick pics from the zip and build galleries for example).

1 - I believe most TGPs refuse pics that aren't a minimum of 600 px on one side, so anything over that size is just fine for aff. ( I could be wrong about the size, but I think it was 600 px)

2 - Offer Hi-Res 1 minute clips. If the aff needs something smaller he can cut it up himself. Or, if you have really lazy affiliates. Offer an assortment of video formats (wmv, mpg, divx) at high, medium and low quality settings and varying lengths (15, 20, 30 and 60 seconds) if you really want to go all out.

3 - The only thumbs that an affiliate could really use is a thumb for the videos taken from the Hi-Res version of the video. Its really sucky to be making thumbs from pixelated video samples given my most sponsors.

4 - Watermarks are a must.
