How do you guys tend to do with them?
Does AWE pay revshare only?

They have PPS, but I don't use it for several reasons:
1. You are instantly hated by all other affiliates, since a user who once signed up via PPS is out for lifetime, noone will ever be able to earn a cent with that users, neither PPS, nor revshare. Revshare uses a 2 week cookie, after that time the user is back in the pool.
2. Only users that never signed up via revshare will be paid in the PPS, and since Livejasmin is around for a long time, ratios are better with revshare since people often already have an account and re-activate it.
3. You rarely catch a whale, but those few heavy users make up for those only spending a few bucks once, my average per signup is more than PPS payout. -

AWE is a 14 day rev share.... Go with a program that has rev share for life.

Exactly.
And the worst part is, the reason why they call it the "14 day cookie" is that your affiliate info is not attached to that user in any way. Your affiliate ID is only kept on a browser cookie that lasts 14 days, so if day 1 the surfer clicks your link, and day 4 actually buys credits for the first time, you only have 10 days of revshare earnings left, provided that that member doesn't switch computers or clear cookies.
I really don't understand how anyone makes money with this program...Comment

that can't be right....jeez!Exactly.

like I said, I don't mind the 14 day cookie for sales, but once that user signs up I should at least get revshare on their spendingsComment

wow that sucks - I sure hope thats not trueExactly.

cause we have recurring memberships from 2-3 yrs ago still paying revshare to affiliates, if AWE just send 14 days then thats missing out on a potential recurring payout for months.
Ill post AWE Bens reply.

I can't believe so many webmasters are still in the dark about AWE's scummy practices. AWE has publicly stated that affiliates do not deserve true lifetime revshare. So your referral income is cut off after 14 days. That's not to mention even more bullshit with their PPS option.Comment

A webmaster should fully be aware that they only have a 14 day rev share. Some webmaster feel comfortable about that, I would be comfortable if they told that to everybody in their TOS.ISeekGirls.com since 2005Comment

Lol, you haven't tried them all and you keep referring to your sig. Your sig shows .15/unique, not bad, but I haven't earned that low from a cam sponsor in over five years. I checked some of the cam sponsors I've been sending to and I've earned over $11k each with mtree and HSN on my last 28k uniques sent to each program just as your sig. Hell I even earned $7200 on my last 28k uniques with Camazon. Get out and try some other cam sponsors and stop sig whoring a sponsor that has blatantly deceived webmasters. Also, please stop comparing anything to cams.com, they are the worst cam sponsor out there."WTF, on google you can find the answer to every question in human history, EXCEPT how to convert cams..
Its crazy..."

Yep, I can't believe how many people promote them and are unaware of this. The reason most people don't know is because AWE makes it a point not to disclose this and only did so when their affiliates called them out in their own support forum and on this board. They don't disclose it at all anywhere in their program details and don't inform the webmaster upon signing up.
They take advantage of the fact that anyone who has ever promoted webcams thinks of "revshare" to mean for as long as that visitor returns and makes purchases for life. Then to top it off, the program owner insults his webmasters by saying he doesn't think they deserve anything longer than 14 days of revshare and then turns around and dumps a million bucks into promoting the useless "Live Sex Awards"."WTF, on google you can find the answer to every question in human history, EXCEPT how to convert cams..

that's how I understand it, also heard rumor that one of the owners or managers said that webmasters barely deserve that...
would make for a great sig if true LOL

But in reality I do hear they convert and payout some nice money... from a few reliable sources...Investor with 5m - 15m USD to invest. Do you have a site or network of sites earning 50k - 200k a month income? Email your contact and preliminary data to: domain.cashventures (at) gmail.com....Please...no tire kickers...serious offers and inquiries only.

While I'm sure every affiliate would prefer a lifetime revshare, this method does put the customers back out for others to earn money off of. It helps reduce saturation that you'll find with promoting other big sites.
Of course, a significant % of customers will not come back through another webmaster's link, some do (intentionally or not) and it's easy money for the secondary webmaster. And you figure, if a big fish kind of guy is on the site buying for months/years, a few times at least he'll get cookied again. So what you lose in referring new customers you can make back a healthy amount in these cases.
Bottom line: There's a reason why so many still promote them despite the cookie issue. The money is still there to be made.
And yes, I'm flying their link in my sig so my vote/opinion may not count. That's up to you.

I remeber we were promised by AWE year ago, that they would setup lifetime revshare with 20% for webmasters.
I am sure the reason why we didnt see it yet, they are doing more money with 14 day cookies for 30% to webmaster then they would be with 20% lifetime.Comment
