I usually scream loudly until they hang up or I just start muttering and they keep asking what? what? what? and then I speak clearer and say something like "...yes I have these open sores on my penis... ...the sex hurts my penis... ...my sperm tastes weird lately..."

Usually these methods keep them from calling back as if I try to just say dont call please they call back again and again... so what do you guys do?
