Well I just hit some "orange dragon" and it's definitely the same effects as marijuana. It acts on your cannabinoids so yeah it does the job.
I guess the only good thing about it being man-made is that they could make some incredibly potent shit if they wanted? It's weird though because it really looks like bud that came off the stem of a natural plant..
