I'm CERTAIN people have died from smoking marijuana once. There has to be a lot of people out there that are allergic to it, and weren't able to get help in time.
Also, smoking causes cancer - period.
As to the "point" the OP was trying to make. Yes, weed is relatively harmless. I'm sure the same amount of allergy deaths can be attributed to milk each year. And everything ontop of nothing causes cancer, there's just no way to avoid it.
