I always keep my driver license and my passport in there, this saves space and you don't loss this like everyday so why not to keep everyhing importent all togther anyways its a must to take the passport with ya..

If you had any credit cards make sure to call the banks they were on and report them as lost. Also I would suggest calling the reporting agencies and putting fraud protection on your credit that way if someone takes all the info they now have on you and tries to open up a credit account you will know. I'm not sure if this works if you are outside the US though so if you are, you might want to check and see if there is a similar service.

I NEVER need my drivers license of passport. Only time I need my passport is when I'm flying out the country. As for my drivers license I really don't remember the last time I used it. Its just sitting in the house somewhere...

That is a pity. To sum everything up - renew all he documents, block your credit cards and order new, and buy bigger wallet if you want to carry stuff in wallet further, and NEVER keep all the documents in one place.

had mine stolen once. such a chore to cancel your cards, get a new driver's license, etc. the kewl thing is....about 2 years later, i got an envelope in the mail, no return address, containing my stolen license and a note that read ' i know you are missing this and you are welcome'. could not believe it!
