Anyone know of an existing app that does this

Load a URL

Scraper loads ALL the text inside the site

Lists ALL the words located in the site in order of # of instances

Example:


the 50
and 49
dog 22
cat 12

etc

You can set cut offs to show only words that appear between X and X times (ie., no less than 10 but no more than 20)

Also, if the word is HYPERLINKED, I need to know that...
