My hypothetical situation was in regards to your post saying a company should not be held liable for what an employee says. It doesn't matter the situation, an employee is a representative and extension of your company. Whether it's fair or not, it's part of life. Whether you've had a rude waiter, unhelpful customer service rep, or incompetent real estate agent, they all reflect poorly on the company they represent.
But the bigger issue is whether you'd pull links or not. I think that depends on the situation. I agree with those who say that they send to the companies that make them the most money. If it were the guys at Google, I would not be pulling my ads on Google or blocking their spiders from my site. But when it comes to adult affiliate programs, there is so much competition it's silly. None of those companies do something that other programs don't.
So why not support the companies that you respect more in this case? When a company needs to resort to that kind of marketing to get affiliates, I have to wonder why. I don't see many of the big and most succesful programs needing to market that way. It's why you won't see a Lexus dealership running ads like a used car salesman does, because they just don't need to.Comment

Ramos is without a doubt a fucking moron, a talentless one at that. There are too too many solid programs that convert just as good as the best of them. There is no sense in sticking with a company that has the judgment to hire an ignorant fool and represent them on an industry message board.
