I have a TGP and a static pic page, both with 10K SE traffic a day, wouldnt sell either for less then $50K.

Domains (typo or type-in traffic) are usually sold 24-60 month revenue - no future effort needed.
With anything you need to manage to achieve revenue, multiplier goes down. I would say 6-12 month revenue.Comment

what niche is it?
how much work was put into it etc...
could be $100 or $10k
i ve got a blog i wanna get raid of, gets between 6 and 8k unique daily, revenues about 3-4k a month
