Its always a great idea to think of something fresh but at the end of the day, when something works, it works.
Were in production & I certainly would not get out of it. Our websites do ok but our first dvd released 2 months ago has been a good seller in the adult shops in the UK. I need to now find contacts worldwide.
Not a fresh idea neither, but if you have any contacts in adult tv, I would be interested with playboy tv or the adult channel.Comment

Its interesting you say that. Ive been reading a lot about the trends for 2010. Biggest one so far Ive read about is the instant gratification one. Google for instance looked at twitter and now some of their results are real time.
With the availability of bandwidth and the amount of people online, it seems we are now playing on peoples weaknesses such as instant gratification.
But then again, haven't we always.
I'd love to hear more about mobile stuff.

Tablets will be big this year and next. iPad is just the tip of the iceburg. There are at least 20 other companies putting out Windows, Android, Meego, etc tablets this year.

I haven't been doing this for that long, but if I had the chance to start afresh again today, in adult or mainstream, I would do a lot more split testing from the start.
I spent too much time at the beginning building sites and then not knowing for sure why some worked and some didn't.

I run my iphone dead every night as it is my game machine as well as my phone. A 13 year old I know was playing next to me on his itouch the other day. My old iphone was given to a 17 year old and he has 8 pages of apps. These things are portable fun and if the ipad is how i think it is people will want it and use it.

i will tell you something i have learned long time ago that changed everything, everything converts you just have to work on the delivery.
study the web, as you surf on a normal basis, what you see how people present it why their products maintain advertising spots etc.
trust me anything and everything you have to either A) be willing to spend the money to beat your competition or B) find a different way of delivering the same product.Comment
