                                          exactly.......was the first thing i thought when i found out they got married....then the kid died right away.......which only made me think anna was twice as likely to meet a similar fate....

                                              Actually her son died 9/10/06, and then she and the lawyer had a "commitment" ceremony a few weeks later on 9/28/06 - apparently there is some doubt as to whether they were legally married, hence many news reports refer to Stern as Anna's boyfriend/partner instead of husband.

                                              But, let's not let these minor details take away from the clip this thread is about...

                                                  ja i know the marriage is in question....but that wouldn't stop him from at least putting himself in position, in case he can get that cleared up in his favor....infact it makes it even better to do it before the marriage and paternity tests are cleared up, cause he can claim he has nothing to gain....but it just so happens that if anna's estate (now that she is dead) ever wins their millions, the older kid who is the only person that could somehow jack howard outta the money and he is gone....really reminds me of the black widow killers that marry men then poison them for the cash...and being a known drug addict only helps make the murders look like suicides or od's....

                                                      I hear you - Anna's own mother voiced suspicions that Stern may have been involved in the death of Anna's son.

                                                      ANNA NICOLE SMITH's attorney and lover, HOWARD K STERN, has hit back at shocking claims made by the actress/model's mother suggesting he may have had a hand in the death of the busty blonde's son DANIEL.


                                                      VIRGIE ARTHUR shocked America last weekend when she appeared on CNN newswoman NANCY GRACE's show and warned her daughter to look out for Stern. Holding back tears, her mother advised, "Be very careful about who you hang around with - because you may be next."

                                                      Arthur went so far as to suggest that Stern is trying to get his hands on the millions her daughter looks set to inherit from her ex-husband, oil tycoon J HOWARD MARSHALL.

                                                      She added, "If Howard Stern marries her and she ends up dead, then who does the money go to? "I just know that Danny didn't kill himself. He did not overdose himself."

                                                      But an angry Stern, who claims to be the father of Smith's newborn baby girl DANNILYNN, says, "Absolutely nothing criminal occurred."
