agreed. She was definitely a chronic user & thought she could handle it. But as she got more drunk & stoned, she lost her ability to drive. When you get so wasted you get on the wrong way on a highway & drive 2 miles, in no way can you call this sound judgement making.
anyway...pot won't kill, but yes people can get impaired & do things they would not do sober. sometimes that results in dead people.
