the Red Bull (substitute your favorite substance here) did not CAUSE death. The bus caused the death.
There's a difference.
But things like booze.... (and many other things)... can actually cause you to die without intervention from a bus, train, rope, knife, gun, high building, toilet bowl cleaner, etc.... all on their own.
MJ does not. You can't kill yourself just by smoking too much weed. It is not possible.
