Would have been decriminalized years ago here in Canada.
The reason it hasn't yet is the 'big brother' syndrome and how worried we were about what our "war on drugs' southern leaders were trying to accomplish.
Not to mention all the propaganda from US Media/Government, the old Nazi war propaganda doesn't even come close to the US drug propaganda.
