Webair Cost me $5,000 Today

So just to clarify, you have had a minor glitch here or there, just for arguments sake?

IMHO, the reason that webair gets bashed on here isn't so much a testiment to the fact that they may or may not suck, as much as its a testament to the general stupidity of the average customer you get when you sell really cheap hosting to people that wish they understood hosting... a.k.a. the average GFY surfer.

I didn't know they got bashed as I'm not a frequent reader or poster. They were highly suggested from someone who has stood up for them in this thread in fact. We had no issues until today. I woulndt be fair to them without saying that the last 16 months were fine until today's fiasco.

lolz, this reminds me of my experience with webair 5-6 years ago, i signed up with them and needed several ssl enabled sites moved over to my server there, it all go tfucked up and i found myself getting yelled at by the owner at 10 pm on a friday nite about it all.

needless to say, i did not go with webair.

I decided to try out the whole tube site thing yesterday, and while installing everything I had some problems with the PHP script, importing the videos and thumbnailing and tagging everything properly it was a big cluster fuck. I was kinda in a bad mood already so you know how that goes! haha

I started a support ticket last night around 8pm stating that I am having problems and I don't know what the hell I did to fuck everything up, I was tired and not thinking very clearly, but I did something/somewhere...LOL

I immediately got an email from WebAir saying they would look into it.

The whole site is up and running.

In my experience, since 2006, I've had nothing but amazing fast support. Everytime I needed to do a support ticket, and I always use the normal priority tag not high importance tag, my problems have been handled quickly. Problems that were my problems not WebAir's...problems with my software or my own website be it mainstream or adult.

I have never had any downtime, ZERO downtime...not once...

UH...so you fucked up a tube script that basically does everything itself and then asked for support and webair looked at it for 30 secs and said "WTF this shit works already" and
then you sobered up and tried it and it did work. So now webair is the most uber uber funky host in the webmosphere.

Awesome another flawless host. These are like those ads where you can lose weight by trying out Flintstone Vitamins!
