Freelance Designers - I Need The Following Stuff - NO OUTSOURCING COMPANIES

In order to not sound like a dick (which I am not), please, if you cannot provide this, don't respond. I have been through the mill with some designers and I just don't have time to play games anymore. I always post what I want and I always get slam spammed by tons of unqualified people, so I figured this time I would post what I don't want in correlation with what I do. I will hold you to this if I end up using you. I'm super nice to work for but I take this heart attack serious.




Here is what I have on the table to finish:

1 massive mega tour with multiple pages
2 MAS members area template designs
1 cuttin edge solo girl site design
150 hosted galleries (minimum)
banner packages for 9 seperate sites



You must and must not have:

- CREATIVITY - CREATIVITY - CREATIVITY - CREATIVITY - - CREATIVITY -

1 - MUST HAVE Massive Creativity - If you can't do something that looks completely different than anything out there with your own flare I cannot use you. I do not want a cookie cutter, seen it 100 times tour. MUST NOT have a tunnel visioned approach to tour design.

SELL - SELL - SELL - SELL - SELL - SELL - SELL - SELL - SELL - SELL - SELL - SELL -

2- MUST HAVE the knowledge and know how to sell the product - A good designer knows how to build a tour that sells. I know how to sell on a tour, I will provide you the guidance you need to create me a quality product. The days of going back and forth change this change that 20 times are over for me.

TIME - TIME - TIME - TIME - TIME - TIME - TIME - TIME - TIME - TIME - TIME - TIME

3- MUST HAVE Turnaround Time - I don't know how many times I have gotten into projects with designers that the agreement is a few weeks and it ends up being a month and a half. If you tell me something will be delivered at a certain time, thats what I base my pending decisions on. A timeline is a timeline. Your other projects are not my concern. No offense. This is business. MUST NOT have time problems.

4- MUST HAVE Communication - If I cannot call you on the phone and get my desires explained to you over the phone, I cannot use you. I need to call you directly and talk to you on ICQ during your regular business hours. MUST NOT have bad communication skills.

5- NO OUTSOURCING - Won't consider it, please don't ask.

6- PRICING - This is a given.

I don't think this is a lot to ask. The cream comes to the top I think when you state your expectations ahead of time. I am looking for a long standing relationship.

I have a few designers that I work with now, you are doing a great job, I jsut need more manpower, don't fret.
