good question ,i'm suprised nobody has asked me that yet..

I have my own banners that are added onto the individual pages at random..

so one out of every 100 views you will see an ad by me ( but not to worry your ad is also shown )

Im still pondering how to do it best but for now ill stick with 1% with my banner attached

ill have a look at this when i feel a bit more on top of the game, im still a little high at the moment, but i think i see and understand the concept.

could we put the videos on our site, say as a) promotion and then b) if they want to share those promotional videos, then our ads are embeded for ever? 2 birds - one stone kind of thing?

i just added a shitload more videos to the search function

Each search can display 200+ videos and 100+ pictures

The search feature grabs youtube videos , google videos , yahoo videos , yahoo images , google images as well as the ability to add any jpg gif bmp png mpg avi mp4 wmv asf flv or swf anywhere on the net

If I was you I would exclude .mpgs. The .wmv load really quick. the .mpg without having a loader bar of some sort make you click off quickly.

Right. The .mpg has to download all the way prior to playing. Since there is no buffer indicator you cant tell if its loading, or if the site is source file is missing or what. At least in firefox.

hmm thats kinda 4 points you have..

#1 you dont get it..

coder and designer are 2 completely diff areas , so feel free to elaborate i emjoy the input.Im pretty new at php but not programming. I'll be the first to admit the code isnt as clean as it could be yet , its the idea.. everything youtube and google videos has but you make money.. simple enough

gotta agree with you there , the design is temp . the script has the ability for you to set you own template from dozens of diff designs. for right now its set to default template..

if you look on www.wctin.com/media/create.php you will see the template area ( just dont change it for now )

sure it sucks - but the beauty about capitalism is that when someone fights against it - once they figgure it out they usually become rich and soon realize the people they were trying to help were all idiots and loose interest in helping them. Untill that person makes it- they continue on the crusade for the people.

i will allow users on a case by case basis to insert any html code into the pages really easily.. you simply store your banner code in a txt file on your serer and my site will call it and display it.. currently it only allows images because of possible problems allowing people access to full html for obvious reasons.

capitalism isn't all what its cracked up to be...

I have been rich since i hit 18 , and could become a crack addict and still be rich when i retire , so money isn't #1 on my list of priorities. well rich might be the wrong word , i feel rich . I have a trust fund , so i dont have to work. but everyone is one heart malfunction away from being broke anyways , so do i feel secure ? prob not more than your average guy .. more than a bum , less than donald trump.. If i didnt do ANY work , i wouldnt be able to afford some of the things i do so , i couldnt just quit quit , but i certainly dont have to do internet stuff i do it because i enjoy it..
