They are very hardcore about the NO BOARD PROMOTION rule on this board.
But if you want to set up your own board, my only suggestion is

I tend to look at it on a case-by-case basis. If it was another adult webmaster board, the ban hammer would probably drop, and quick.
But if someone was to quote something from like vBulletin.org, webmasterworld.com, or some post that was from a support site for software/systems like photoshop, mysql, apache, php, etc., I'd probably let that slide.

Texas has spokenCarbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
