    Anyone else having issues with Amerinoc/Phatservers?

    I reported a problem about 4 hours ago and got a reply within the hour with a guy saying he was working on the issue. It looks as if my sites have been rolled back to a previous point and none of the databases appear to be working.

    Anyone else having problems/had problems in the past with them?

          Yes lots of problems. I still think they have the best support and some of the best staff, I suspect their issues are NOT support/staff related.

          I had to move all my sites with over 1000 daily hits to another server.

          Something, drastic, has happened since they switched over. Nobody will say what is going on but EVERYBODY I KNOW has experienced it.

          I was told it was "wordpress" and there wasn't a lot that could be done. So I moved, and now my shit runs top notch.

          I still have my accounts there, and still host plain html sites (only!) and hopefully, maybe someone will tell us that they've fixed the issues, and I can stick them back in list as my favorite host.

              I'm running wordpress on AmeriNOC and I'm having zero problems. I'm in the EU and the site even loads fast for me so they are aces in my books!

                  They have fast support , but yes , lots of issues with them , I have one problem since I've start using phatservers and my sites with them , and these guys still can't fix my problem , but looks like I can still live with that ... lol

                      Whatever problem I have had, support fixed it within few minutes. I think the longest I had to wait was just over one hour. WP, ST, TGPX running smooth there.

                          It's okay to email them back and ask what's going on... they don't bite.

                          I have been with a few of the major industry hosts including phatservers, had my own hosting company at one point way back, and today work with many hosting companies directly through my clients.

                                  I haven't had any problems but all this talk about them going to shit is making me nervous. I have a few low traffic but high earning sites there. I figured a managed virtual account was the way to go for those sites and always heard great things about phat.

                                  Even without having any issues I am considering leaving.

                                                  Support is awesome 99% of the time, but I've had to use that awesome support too many times... way too many. Shit be happenin' on them virtual accounts.
