Why waste energy to vindicate your name if no conduct produce by you/business constitute the duty to do so?

If so were true, fris' statements would be assumed false and would constitute a civil suit. So why not take up the effort and do so? I'm sure you would be awarded monetary compensation and your name would be vindicated.

I dont know fris' but the evidence he provides outweigh any justifications you have made.
