So my billing issue with PSW...I am a low risk account (PSW's first) however, they had my fraud scrubbing set to high risk NO VISA.
So that was the problem guys. They scrub so hard even webmasters can't use a card. hehehehehe J/K
So all fixed and still adding the Paypal just in case.
