I want to go the other way and disable the Virtual Visa so that it is impossible for someone to clear out my account via an online CC transaction. Anyone know if it can be done? I asked CS 3 days ago but there's been no response.

Possible charge by ATM owner
Shitty currency conversion rate by Visa
1% - 1.5% currency conversion fee by Visa

(Ignore the last two if you're in the USA and/or you only withdraw USD...)
