Well here (in DK), Max Hardcore or similar is not illegal. The laws (in this context) do not restrict that free speech, except for protecting those who are forced or can't give consent. Minors are protected from abuse and animals are protected from violence. But that's it. The free speech is a written constitutional right, established for minorities in general, and the politicians mostly agree the laws and policy shall not refer to religious text. I think that's good thing, and hopefully it will stay that way

That's not going to happen. Global law would also require many strict countries that banned non-obscene porn to unban it. That's the upside of it, but neither these countries or the religious in western countries will allow that to happen.
Federal laws, more similarity between US and EU, internet regulation and changes in credit card companies policy is more realistic, but that's a very slow process.
