Doing 1:140 off of 1 banner on 1 site and the banner isn't in a prime location at all. Also going threw ND with Fling.

I sended a little traffic made 22 free signups, saw no genuine signups

logged in a month later and saw 3

Just to clarify the 1:140 is registrations to hits, Doing 1:22 Signups to registrations. Sorry if I caused some confusion.
