I think it looks great, the first version I had the same concerns but the x below the submit works nicely. I also like how you can go 3 girls until it pops up unlike the first version.
My only complaint is on my mac if I click the allow on "your cam" it kills firefox I'm not sure if that is the way it is on all computers I have tested. Free Suggestion:
Add a tiny bit of personality into the chat to make it seem more "real" and it will surely boost conversions. Have your girl type in the chat window a few lines and when she asks them their name, when they reply, seamlessly load video of the girl taking out a marker and writing a "fan sign" saying whatever you want (such as "I'm Sooo Horny NAME!" or "Fuck Me, NAME!" etc...) , generating the name found in their reply dynamically and in matching "magic marker" font (or having a pre-cached set of 1000s of common names for quicker loading).
Of course you could go go one better and actually record them saying the phrase with the most common names then dynamically loading in that audio, which would rock, but I don't know many models who would sit through that recording process
