Wow, that has always been my main grip with Verotel, lack of support. For me it is about a 24 hour turn around for email response. They do reply but it is freaking slow. If they beefed up their support a bit I would have a few site with them as primary.
And still
"The webserver encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request, the webmaster has been notified."
