    Why most of you don't make money. The hard truth.

    Because you are fucking lazy.

    In the past 3 months, I have dealt with programmers, designers, 3rd party companies and a few guys who were paid to help. ALL ended up being slackers and either didn't finish the project, or couldn't or just went MIA.

    Seriously, it is no wonder why all of you cry about being broke. If you want to know why you're life is a mess and you have no money, look in the mirror. It is because YOU SUCK.

    People who succeed in life and their job, GET SHIT DONE. No excuses. They get it done. The rest of you suck and are wasting the oxygen for those of us who want to get shit done. Please get out of the way for those who want to own life. In fact, do the world a favor and end your own life, as it is clearly useless.

    Please don't post your services here because you probably suck too. In fact, if you have to spam your work, you do suck. People who get shit done are busy and don't have to spam for jobs. A step further, people who get shit done DON'T have to beg for work, they have people working for them.

    I've wasted enough time on you losers, I have to get back to getting shit done. Fuck off and die already, slackers.

                                                                          I also think that some responsibility comes back to the employer though. If you run a tight ship and screen your employees then you shouldnt have near the trouble you are having. First sign of bullshit then give a warning and 2nd sign let them go. Its just the way it is. We dont have time to be fucking around because trust me your competitors are busting ass and catching up or pulling ahead further.

A few kick ass designers too. All gone mainstream. Seems all the best guys now have full time gigs elsewhere (in or out of adult) or are trash. Not a lot left in the middle.

I know very lazy people that are very successful. They are lazy in the RIGHT WAY. Example: you don't want to fuck with manually finding sites to hit for backlinks. You hire a coder to do a link scraper. You are too unmotivated to go through scraped links to look for patterns. You break up the process into 3 parts and hire outsourced staff. So on and so on.

                                                                                                                                              It's not laziness per se, its having a PLAN that makes all the difference in the world. Also, being lazy the right way often involves being lazy paying too much money so you're forced to be creative and clever. Laziness plus imagination plus focus (despite little motivation or energy) can mean success.

                                                                                                                                              Conversely, there's many people that work hard (mentally and/or physically) and they are less successful.

                                                                                                                                                  Designers and programmers were probably sick and tired of getting nickeled and dimed and unrealistic expectations for what they were putting out. Its like every time I hear somebody say "yeah I hired an Indian programmer" i wait 12 months and always ask how did it work out for you?

                                                                                                                                                                      It's a good thing we have you here on GFY to keep track of everyone's work schedules. As 'work' is subjective to whatever they do. For example, a content shoot is a few hours of work. The rest of the time taken up by a machine. Which includes software doing encoding, compression, uploading. That is one of endless examples.

                                                                                                                                                                      Nothing shows 'success' like someone with the free time to worry about, much less keep track of, others on message boards.
