Type of Server (duo core/quad core)
Type of RAM
Speed of Hard Drives
Speed of your Hosting (10/25 mbps)
Your end user ISP and speed.
So your O.P. would have to be based on
two identical machines, with all the same pieces, on same bandwidth plans. For that answer, I do not think anyone knows.
