First of all moving 5 servers over to them went easy and quick like never before (this was the 5th time i switched the hosting company).
Their ticket respond is... absolutely AMAZING! It takes only a few minutes (2 at average), sometimes even seconds. They reply right away with a note that they are working on it, so you dont have to wait and wonder if anyone is looking at your issue. It also doesnt matter if its a critical issue or you just wanted to say hello, they will respond right away.
Their monitoring system is awesome. I had a 1 minute downtime because the var got full so i went to open a ticket right away. But huh it was too late, they fixed the problem already.
Their servers and apache are perfectly optimized from the beginning, you dont have to request any optimizations additionaly. I never had my sites load this fast.
All their techs are professionals in their jobs. They will help you with everything you need. They will install any 3d party script you need. They installed 30 ATX scripts for me! And the best part of it is that you dont have to ask them to do it, THEY will offer you their help! In fact one of their techs is setting up a wordpress blog for me while im writing this.
