Banks are denying insane amount of cards right now.. the ACAI guys, which has been all over the place lately, is generating huge cb numbers because of their crazy shady business.. this has opened up the eyes of the banks on what's going on and they're running away scared right now..
At least that's the rumour I've heard ;)
