He did the right thing letting the webmaster community know about the ethical issues behind this program. The only problem is the negative publicity was good publicity as far as Zango was concerned. Most people aren't concerned with ethics and decided to jump on the bandwagon to make a few bucks.

To the other sheep who are believing what he is saying here is a little bit of education for you.

There are 2 sides to Zango, the asshole companies who buy traffic from them and the assholes who do the installing.

Bottom feeders like AFF bid on keywords and other site urls on zango. If more companies buy OUR traffic from zango all that does it run up the cost per pop up for those companies. Fuck, I am glad I am costing AFF more money, fuck'em. If I can't make them stop then I am glad I am costing them and other companies like them more money. This sounds like the reason Sneazy is pissed. His buddies at AFF had a sweet deal with zango, they probably paid next to nothing for our traffic. But because of my postings some shady companies saw this as a way for them to get traffic and they ran up the prices on AFF. Good. I am glad.
BTW, the amount of popups is the same, don't buy this morons crap. The cost per the pop is the only thing that changed. If you have zango installed you wont see more popups the cost per pop up has gone up thats it. Zango will even admit they have a limit on how many popups they will display, they want to make sure it is not too much that run too many people off.

So because of the people posting here AFF has to pay more for our traffic and they losts some affiliates so that cost them money too.

Raise your hand if you signed up to AFF and other sites using Zango because you found out they use Zango... anyone? WOW look at all those people sneazy.

The other side of zango which can hurt us is the assholes who do the installs. If more people do installs then more computers are infected and that hurts all of us, even you asshole. How many people here were doing zango installs and stopped because they had no idea what zango was doing to them and all of us. I had more then a few people contact me and thank me but did not want to admit publicy that they use to do it but now stoped. There were some people who posted on GFY that they didn't know how bad it was and they stopped. Others went out and found sites that had zango on it and informed those sites and in somce cases got those sites to stop promoting them. Others created software to block zango infected computers and inform the surfer how to get rid of the shit.

VS. how many people started doing zango installs because of my posts ? A few post whores like DorkJedi who claimed they did but probably never sent a hit in their life, or some fake nicks ( AFF supporters) who said they were doing it now just to try to make people think we were doing more harm then good. Only a moron who promotes no other affiliate programs would even think about promoting zango. If you promote other affiliates and you did zango installs you would have to be the stupidest person out there.
