Is getting a blowjob cheating on your partner?

I heard that on a radio and almost got a car crash (again)...

The guys were saying that it wasn't really cheating on your partner since when a guy gets a blowjob, he doesn't do anything... He can have a blowjob without moving at all so it's not really cheating...

Now whether getting a blowjob from someone who isn't your partner is cheating depends upon your partner's attitude toward sex with others. If she (assuming it's a she) would not like that idea and would not want you to do it and expects you to respect her wishes, then it's definitely cheating.

Well, that's pretty stupid. Clinton is an authority on weasel-wording and lying, not sex. If forcing someone to give you a blowjob would be rape (which it would be), then clearly a blowjob is sex. No doubt about it.
