How can I permanently change the size of which IE opens when I double click?

Do you hit the maximize button or resize it after you open it?
Chances are, you need to resize it to a bigger size, then close it... give it a second, and then reopen it. It *should* open to the last size that it was closed at. -
Maximaize the window then shut it down while maximized. Make sure only one broswer session is open when you do this. Close out browser, restart. Done.Comment
