Just curious, I host my sites with OC3 and I gotta say their support is unbelievable.

These folks answer their support tickets within minutes every time.

Who do you host with and how's their support?

www.nationalnet.com - and their support is know as the best in the hosting industry, period.

my average ticket time is 6 minutes...that is a closed and done ticket, not the time it takes them to answer it, they usually answer the ticket before I get the auto-reply from the ticket system

I highly doubt any support comes even close to Isprime support.

Their support is amazing! In the past they have even debuged other peoples scripts for us. I personally have their support icq nubmers, phone numbers, and can reach them at any time of day or night. I have never had to wait for anything when I have a problem.

NAKEDHOSTING their support is great at all hours of the nightand they really take the time to walk you through everything, even if you have no clue (like me).

Sometimes I like to call around 3am just to see if they answer, and they do everytime. I should post the # so you can test it as well.

Plus Im nailing one of the chicks who works there.

We host with two companies for adult. We have www.cyberwurx.com and have been with them for 5 years, they have the VERY BEST customer Service.

We also host with www.splitinfinity.com and that also have awesome Customer Service.

Never an issue with either on.
