    longshot: anyone know how to flash a ts-h943a drive (xbox) with 64930C firmware

    Can't find shit on Google captain. Everybody babbling about flashing the BenQ VAD6038 disk drive with the ms25 firmware, nobody talking bout the vice versa. BenQ drive failed in my 360 elite (spin motor is shot) and I want to replace with the old TSH943A drive in my ancient red ringed piece of shit....

    So this longshot going anywhere? lol

      I have a guy who does all that for me it. It went over my head a few drives back.

      Check Craigslist and you'll probably find someone who can help you out for a few bucks. He does any that I bring to him for $20.

          Ya, I don't really want to have to ship anythign away. Been trying to find a decent tutorial on replacing the BenQ VA6038 drive with my old working TS-H943A, but nothing is coming up. Guess I'll have to hang around some xbox hack forums for a while.

              Craigslist man. I just bring it over to his house and play on his system while he flashes them.

              He pretty much does this as a full time job.
