no one is saying but unfortunately some people (mostly poor people) are too stupid/lazy to eat right. you're paying for their food stamps to help kill themselves, then down the road you are paying for all their medical expenses, regardless if the US has "socialized" health care or not, the poorest of the populaton typically also have the most health problems.
